Preparation Method :
- Prepare rice, so that each grain of the cooked rice is separate.
- Chop onion finely for 400 grams.
- Grind coriander leaves, green chilly, roasted black pepper and the red chillies and prepare a masala paste Slit green chillies.
- In a deep pan, heat oil and splutter the mustard seeds and then add the jeera. Add onion, green chillies and fry until it turns transparent in color.
- Now add the masala paste and stir well for 2 minutes.
- Add ghee, salt mix this paste well with the cooked rice.
- Serve with papads.

- 500 grams of rice
- 1 kg coriander leaves
- 400 grams of onion
- 4 Green chilies
- 4 red chillies
- 4 black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon of jeera
- 4 tablespoon of ghee
- 4 tablespoon of Cooking oil
- Salt to taste
