Preparation Method :
- Roast black pepper and asafoetida in ghee and powder with jeera.
- Cook rice.it should be cooked half.then only each the rice grain will be separate
- Melt a teaspoon of ghee, and allow the mustard seeds to splutter; take off fire and add curry leaves.
- Add rice, the powder, salt and mix well; melt the rest of the ghee and add to the rice.
- Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg of rice
- 4 tablespoon of black pepper
- 4 tablespoon of jeera
- 4 teaspoons of asafoetida
- 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds
- A few of curry leaves
- 4 tablespoon of ghee
- Salt to taste
