Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a non stick pan.
- Add cloves, cinnamon, Cardamom, chopped onions.
- Fry it until Onions turns pinkish brown then add coriander and fry for few minutes.
- Add chopped tomatoes and sauté for 5-10 minutes.
- Add sliced tofu in it and add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder according to taste.
- After 5 minutes add 2 table spoons of chicken masala and let it cook.
- Boil the brown rice and add to the mixture.
- Let it cook on a low flame for 10 minutes.
- Garnish it with coriander and serve hot.

- 100 grams coriander
- 200 grams peas
- 1 green chilli
- 200 grams tofu
- 2 cloves
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 Cardamom pieces
- 200 grams brown rice
- 2 table spoons Cooking oil
- Salt
- Turmeric powder
- Red chilli powder
