Preparation Method :
- Wash Tender mangoes (Baby Mangoes / Vadu Maanga) and dry them with a clean cloth; mix Sesame oil well in this so that each mango is coated with oil.
- Boil 2 cups water put in the chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.
- Remove from fire. Let it get cold.
- Fry the mustard in a kadai / pan without oil and grind it to a fine powder.
- Add this to the boiled salt water. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder and tender mangoes also and mix well. Let them soak for 3 to 4 days. It will be ready.
- Since mango is a seasonal crop. This pickle is made in large quantities during the season and preserved in jars.
- So sesame oil is used as a preservative.

- 2 teaspoons chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 teaspoons mustard seeds
- 50 ml sesame oil
