STUFFED LIME PICKLE

Preparation Method :
- Slit the lime into 4 leaving it whole.
- Roast the red chillies, then the methi and asafoetida in a teaspoon of oil.
- Roughly powder them and add salt to it.
- Now stuff the ground powder into the slits of the lime. Store in a large bottle.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 dozen Lime
- 16 Red Chilies
- 2 teaspoon Asafoetida
- 2 tablespoon Methi
- 200 gram of Salt
