SPICY LIME PICKLE

Preparation Method :
- Wash lime and wipe well. Cut into small square pieces, add salt and turmeric powder.
- Keep aside for four days. Stir frequently.
- Add the roasted and powdered ingredients and mix well.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 kg of Lime
- 2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 kg of Salt
Roast and Grind
- 400 grams of Red chilly
- 100 grams of Methi
- Asafoetida 2 marble-sized
