SLICED MANGO PICKLE

Preparation Method :
- Chop mangoes with seeds. (Extremely sour mangoes give the best results) Powder mustard seeds.
- Powder stone salt .
- Wash the cut mangoes well and dry them with a muslin cloth.
- Mix all the three powders together. For mangoes, add 400 grams of the powder. Hold both sides of the vessel and toss the mangoes until blended well.
- Add the methi along with it.
- The next day, pour the oil over the pickle. Keep it closed.
- The gravy will form in a couple of days.

- 25 medium-sized Mangoes
- 400 grams of Mustard seeds
- 400 grams of Chilly powder
- 400 grams of Stone salt
- 1 litre Gingely Oil
- 4 tablespoons Methi seeds
