Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil and add the mustard seeds. When they splutter, add the green chillies. Fry well.
- Mix in the tamarind, powdered jaggery, coriander leaves and salt.
- Grind to a coarse paste, make sure not use water. Store in an airtight container.
- Serve with dosai and curd rice.

- 500 grams green chillies
- 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 2 teaspoon mustard seeds
- A large lime-sized tamarind ball
- 2 tablespoon powdered jaggery
- A large bunch of coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
