Preparation Method :
- Combine the all marinate ingredient in the bowl. Mix well.
- Add the paneer into above marinate mixture, Toss gently till the marinade coats the paneer pieces evenly from all sides. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
- Arrange the paneer pieces on the wire rack in a pre-heated oven at 200°C (400°F) and grill till the paneer is done (approx. 15 minutes). Remove from the oven and serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 400 grams paneer (cottage cheese), cut into cubes
To be mixed into a marinade
- 100 ml thick curds, whisked
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 2 teaspoon chilli powder
- ½ teaspoon dried kasuri methi leaves
- ½ teaspoon garam masala
- 2 tablespoon chopped coriander
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- 1 tablespoon IDHAYAM Sesame oil
- Salt to taste
