Preparation Method :
- Grind together dhania, fennel, ginger, garlic, lemon juice and salt to a fine paste.
- Slit the paneer pieces and keep aside.
- Divide the chutney into 2 parts.
- With one part of the chutney, stuff the slits of all the paneer pieces. Keep it aside.
- Mix together the left over chutney, gram flour, salt and oil. Rub this all over the stuffed paneer pieces.
- Brush with oil generously over the grill of the oven or wire rack of a gas tandoor. Place paneer on the greased wire rack or grill of the oven.
- Heat an oven to 180°C or a gas tandoor on moderate flame. Grill paneer for about 20 minutes.
- Brush with oil on the paneer pieces and grill further for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 450 grams paneer - cut into square pieces
- 60 grams besan (gram flour)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 75 ml Cooking oil
Chutney
- 200 grams fresh green coriander
- 2 teaspoon fennel
- 6 flakes garlic
- 1" piece ginger
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon salt
