Preparation Method :
- Combine the vinegar and green chillies in a bowl and set aside.
- Heat the oil in a pan; add the garlic paste and ginger paste and saute for half a minute. Add the onion and continue to saute for half a minute longer.
- Add the capsicum, chilli powder, turmeric powder, mango powder, salt and cottage cheese cubes and saute over medium heat for two minutes.
- Add the bean sprouts and continue to saute for another minute. Remove from heat and set aside.
- To prepare the wraps, divide the cottage cheese mixture into four equal portions. Place a roomali roti on the worktop and arrange a lettuce leaf over it.
- Spread a portion of cottage cheese mixture on the roti, drizzle half a teaspoon of the vinegar-chilli mixture, roll up and secure with aluminium foil.
- Serve immediately.

- 500 grams cottage cheese, cut into ½ -inch cubes
- 6 whole wheat flour roomali roti
- 4 tablespoons vinegar
- 4 green chillies, sliced
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 2 small onion, sliced
- 2 medium green capsicum, cut into thin strips
- 2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 teaspoon dried mango powder
- 200 grams bean sprouts
- 2 tablespoon ghee
- 6 large lettuce leaves
- Salt to taste
- 4 tablespoons Cooking oil
