PANEER ROLLS

Preparation Method :
- Add all the ingredients in a bowl except the oil. Mix well.
- Divide the mixture into 10 -12 equal portions and shape into rolls. Flatten the sides.
- Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a non stick frying pan.
- Add the rolls and fry on moderate heat, turning sides to brown evenly.
- Drain on kitchen paper and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams paneer - crumbled
- 120 grams suji
- 50 grams mint (poodina) - finely chopped
- 5 flakes garlic - crushed to a paste
- Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon black pepper powder
- ½ teaspoon mustard powder
- 2 green chilies - finely chopped
- ½ onion - very finely chopped
- 5 tablespoon IDHAYAM MANTRA peanut oil to shallow fry
