Preparation Method :
- Boil the potatoes, peel the skin and grate it.
- Grate the Paneer.
- Mix the potatoes and paneer with salt, green chilli, Coriander leaves, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and rice flour.
- Make balls out of the mixture and roll it over rusk powder.
- Shallow fry it.
INGREDIENTS
- 200 grams Paneer
- 150 grams Potato
- 1 teaspoon Rice flour
- 2 Green chilli,finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Coriander leaves,finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- Salt as required
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- Rusk powder, little
- 10 tablespoon of IDHAYAM sesame Oil
