LAZEEZ PANEER TOASTS

Preparation Method :
- Heat butter in a wok or pan, add garlic and stir.
- Add the spinach and cook till all the moisture of the spinach evaporates. Remove from heat.
- Meanwhile grate the paneer in a bowl, add basil or coriander and grated mozzarella cheese.
- Add the cooked spinach to the paneer and mix well with salt and pepper.
- Toast the slices and spread the mixture on the toasts. Sprinkle some mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle some red chili flakes too.
- Grill in the oven (210°C) for about 2 minutes and serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 4 slices brown or white bread
- 1 teaspoon garlic (5-6 flakes) - crushed and chopped
- 100 grams leaves of paalak (spinach) - washed and shredded
- 150 grams paneer (cottage cheese)
- 1 tablespoon basil or coriander - chopped
- 75 grams mozzarella cheese - grated, leave 1 tablespoon cheese for topping
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Red chili flakes
