Preparation Method :
- Mix the semolina, salt and pepper with the paneer, onion, tomato and curry leaves.
- Spread this paneer mixture on the toasted bread slices, keeping the edges neat.
- Sprinkle some mustard seeds over the paneer mixture, pressing down carefully with your finger tips.
- Heat the oil in a non stick frying pan. Add a slice of bread with the topping side down.
- Cook until it turns golden brown and crisp. Add a little more oil for the next slice if required.
- Cut into 8 pieces and serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 100 grams paneer - crumbled
- 2 tablespoons semolina
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ onion - very finely chopped
- ½ tomato - cut into half, deseeded and chopped finely
- 2 tablespoons curry leaves
- 4 bread slices - toasted
- ½ teaspoon small brown mustard seeds
- 5 teaspoons Cooking oil to shallow fry
