BAKED CORN WITH PANEER

Preparation Method :
- Marinate the paneer with mustard paste, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix well. Keep aside.
- Mustard sauce: melt butter in a pan. Add onions and stir till soft, then add in capsicum and corn.
- Add milk with flour, stirring continuously and cook till it coats the back of a spoon.
- Add basil, salt, pepper and mustard powder. Remove from fire. Keep the mustard sauce aside.
- Arrange the marinated paneer in a small greased bowl.
- Pour the prepared mustard sauce over it.
- Sprinkle grated cheese. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes till golden.

- 200 grams paneer - cut into thin, 1" pieces
- 50 grams chopped green and
- 50 grams chopped red capsicum
- 150 grams tinned corn kernels
- 75 grams grated cheese
Marinade
- 1 teaspoon mustard paste
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground peppercorns
- ½ teaspoon salt
Mustard Sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 small onion - chopped finely
- 2 tablespoons plain flour
- 400 ml milk
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves
- Pepper and salt, to taste
- 1 teaspoon mustard paste
