Preparation Method :
- Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin and red chilies,sauté till the cumin turns golden.
- Add onion and capsicum, stir fry for about a minute till slightly cooked.
- Add coriander powder, garam masala and ½ teaspoon salt.
- Add in tomato puree and paneer,stir till the paneer is well coated. Adjust the seasoning.
- Add tomato slices, coriander and shredded ginger. Mix and remove from heat and Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams paneer - cut into finger-batons
- 50 ml Cooking oil
- ½ teaspoon cumin seeds
- 2 dry, red chilies - broken into pieces & deseeded
- 1 onion - sliced thinly
- 1 capsicum - deseeded & cut into thin finger-batons
- 1 tomato - cut into four lengthways, remove pulp and cut into thin long pieces
- 2 tablespoons tomato puree
- ¼ teaspoon coriander powder
- ¼ teaspoon red chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped green coriander
- 1" piece ginger - shredded or cut into match sticks
