Preparation Method :
- Mix the sweetened peanut sauce with the paneer, peppers, mushrooms and onions in a bowl and mix well, marinate for 20 minutes.
- Arrange marinated ingredients into skewers in the following order: onion, paneer, green pepper, Mushroom, onion, red pepper, paneer, yellow pepper, Mushroom, onion.
- Heat the griddle pan with oil and cook the skewers on all sides are golden brown.
- Serve hot with sweetened peanut sauce.
Sweetened peanut sauce
- Heat a pan with sesame oil, add the onions and garlic and saute till the onions turn golden brown colour.
- Add the peanut butter, sugar, coconut milk, lemon grass, chilli powder, lemon rind and salt, stir well, slow flame for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the flame.
- Add the lemon juice and mix well. Keep aside to cool.

- 400 grams paneer, cut into cubes
- 15 mushrooms
- 1 large onions, cut into cubes
- 1 red pepper, cut into cubes
- 1 yellow pepper, cut into cubes
- 1 green pepper , cut into cubes
- 2 teaspoon IDHAYAM Sesame oil
Sweetened peanut sauce
- 2 teaspoon IDHAYAM Sesame oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 100 ml coconut milk
- 1 stalk lemon grass
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- ½ teaspoon grated lemon rind
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
