Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a wok or pan. Add onions and cook till brown. Add capsicum, stir- fry for 2 minutes. Remove from wok and it keep aside.
- Heat 2 tablespoons oil in the pan, add in crushed garlic. Cook till light brown.
- Add powdered kadhai masala. Cook for ½ minute.
- Then add in grated ginger and tomato puree.
- Gradually add in the curd, stirring continuously. Finally add kasoori methi, paneer, fried onions and capsicum. Cook for about 5 minutes. Adjust seasoning and serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 200 grams paneer - cut into 1" cubes
- 4 onions - cut into rings
- 1 capsicum - cut into rings
- 2" long, piece of ginger - grated
- 6 flakes garlic - crushed
- 3 tablespoons tomato puree
- 200 ml thick curd - well beaten
- 2 teaspoons dry fenugreek leaves
- Salt to taste
- 2 pinches sugar
- 5 tablespoonsIDHAYAM sesame oil
Kadhai Masala (Grind to a powder)
- 2 teaspoon coriander seeds
- 3 dry red chilies
- ¼ teaspoon fenugreek seeds
- 4 pepper corns
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
