Preparation Method :
- Heat 4 tablespoons oil in a heavy pan. Add garlic, saute for 1 minute on low flame. Add the white of onions and stir fry till light brown.
- Add turmeric with tomato puree and chopped tomatoes. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes, till they turn almost dry.
- Add tomato ketchup. Stir to mix well.
- Reduce heat. Then add in crushed cloves, coriander powder, salt, red chili powder and garam masala. Cook for 2 minutes on low heat.
- Add the paneer, green of onions and chopped green chilies with water. Cook for about 2 minutes on low flame.
- Keeping the heat low, add cream or milk. Mix. Remove from fire and serve hot.

- 250 grams paneer - cut into small pieces
- 200 grams spring onions - cut white bulb into rings and cut greens diagonally into pieces, keep greens separate

- 50 ml Cooking oil
- 6 flakes garlic - crushed
- 2 tomatoes - finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons tomato puree

- ¼ teaspoon turmeric
- 2 teaspoons coriander powder
- ½ teaspoon red chili powder,
- ½ teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 3 cloves - crushed roughly
- 75 ml fresh cream or milk
