Preparation Method :
- Coat the ground paste all over on paneer pieces. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Heat 2 tablespoon oil. Add capsicum and onion pieces. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on low flame. Add garam masala, red chili powder and salt with paneer pieces.
- Add in fenugreek. Mix, sprinkle the gram flour. Cook on low flame, stirring continuously till paneer gets coated a little with besan.
- Sprinkle some red chili powder and lemon juice. Stir fry for 2 minutes on low flame. Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 200 grams paneer - cut into medium size cubes
- 2 capsicums - cut into 1" pieces
- 50 grams onions - cut into 1 " pieces
- ½ teaspoon red chili powder
- ½ teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 3 teaspoon gram flour
- 2 teaspoons dried fenugreek leaves
- 1½ teaspoon lemon juice
Grind to Paste
- 1" ginger piece
- 2 dry red chilies
- 2 green chilies
- 4 flakes garlic
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric
- ½ teaspoon carom seeds
- 2 tablespoons thick cream
- 1 teaspoon Cooking oil
- Salt to taste
