PANEER DIL BAHAAR

Preparation Method :

  • Coat the ground paste all over on paneer pieces. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
  • Heat 2 tablespoon oil. Add capsicum and onion pieces. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on low flame. Add garam masala, red chili powder and salt with paneer pieces.
  • Add in fenugreek. Mix, sprinkle the gram flour. Cook on low flame, stirring continuously till paneer gets coated a little with besan.
  • Sprinkle some red chili powder and lemon juice. Stir fry for 2 minutes on low flame. Serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 grams paneer - cut into medium size cubes
  • 2 capsicums - cut into 1" pieces
  • 50 grams onions - cut into 1 " pieces
  • ½ teaspoon red chili powder 
  • ½ teaspoon garam masala 
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 teaspoon gram flour
  • 2 teaspoons dried fenugreek leaves
  • 1½ teaspoon lemon juice

Grind to Paste

  • 1" ginger piece 
  • 2 dry red chilies 
  • 2 green chilies 
  • 4 flakes garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric 
  • ½ teaspoon carom seeds 
  • 2 tablespoons thick cream 
  • 1 teaspoon Cooking oil
  • Salt to taste
