Preparation Method :
- Shallow fry the paneer cubes in oil till light brown.
- Saute mushroom in the same oil with few drops of soya sauce for few minutes till done (optional).
- Remove and fry chopped onions till translucent.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add chilli powder and saute.
- Add bell pepper, baby corn and saute till done.
- Add soya and chilli sauce.
- Mix in paneer and mushrooms.
- Add salt and tomato ketchup.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 200 grams Paneer, cut into cubes
- 1 pack Mushroom (optional)
- 1 big Onion,chopped
- 1 teaspoon Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon Chilli powder
- 2-3 Bell Peppers, chopped
- 5-8 Baby Corn, chopped
- 2 teaspoon Chilly sauce
- 2 teaspoon Soya Sauce
- ¾ teaspoon Tomato ketchup
- 5 teaspoon IDHAYAM sesame oil
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves for garnish
