PANEER CHILLY

Preparation Method :

  • Shallow fry the paneer cubes in oil till light brown.
  • Saute mushroom in the same oil with few drops of soya sauce for few minutes till done (optional).
  • Remove and fry chopped onions till translucent.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add chilli powder and saute.            
  • Add bell pepper, baby corn and saute till done.
  • Add soya and chilli sauce.
  • Mix in paneer and mushrooms.
  • Add salt and tomato ketchup.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 grams Paneer, cut into cubes
  • 1 pack Mushroom (optional)
  • 1 big Onion,chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli powder
  • 2-3 Bell Peppers, chopped
  • 5-8 Baby Corn, chopped
  • 2 teaspoon Chilly sauce
  • 2 teaspoon Soya Sauce
  • ¾ teaspoon Tomato ketchup
  • 5 teaspoon IDHAYAM sesame oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves for garnish

    I just have a question....don't we need to blanch or para boil the babycorns?
