Preparation Method :
- Crumble fresh paneer with your fingers gently in a bowl.
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. When the seeds crackle, add onions and sauté till they become translucent.
- Add tomatoes and little water; cook by continuous stirring for 3 minutes.
- When tomatoes turn soft and pulpy, add green chilies, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and little water and cook for 2 minutes by stirring continuously.
- Now add crumbled paneer, sufficient salt and water. Cook on medium flame for 2 minutes by stirring occasionally till the excess moisture dries up.
- Transfer to a bowl, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rotis, parathas or with bread toast.

- 400 grams fresh Paneer
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 2 medium Onion, finely chopped
- 4 Green Chilies, finely chopped
- 2 small Tomato, finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- ½ teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Coriander, finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- 3 tablespoons IDHAYAM Sesame oil
