Preparation Method :
- Wash the palak and steam for 2 minutes.
- Arrange them in a plate and make a single layer.
- Mash the paneer and add chopped green chillies, Raisins, chopped cashew nut, black pepper, salt on it and mix well.
- Spread paneer mixture on the palak layer and make a roll.
- Cut it in equal round pieces and spread butter on it.
- Put them in microwave and cook for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle chat masala on it.
- Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 100 grams Palak
- 4-5 Green chillies
- 1 teaspoon Crushed black paper
- 100 grams Paneer
- 2 tablespoon Raisins
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 2 tablespoon Cashew nut
- 1 teaspoon Chat masala
