Preparation Method :
- Heat oil,when hot add in onion rings. Saute for 2-3 minutes or until brown.
- Add the ground paste. Cook for 1 minute. Then add in grated ginger with capsicum, salt, dhania powder, garam masala and red chili powder. Mix well, add tomatoes & paneer.
- Add ½ cup cream or malai,allow to boil .Then sprinkle the lemon juice.
- Transfer the hot vegetable to a serving dish. Garnish with finely grated paneer and serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams paneer - cut into small cubes
- 2 onions - cut into fine rings
- 2 capsicums - cut into fine rings
- 2 tomatoes - cut into slices
- 50 ml IDHAYAM sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon ginger - cut into matchsticks or grated
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- ½ teaspoon red chili powder
- ½ teaspoon garam masala
- 120 ml cream or well beaten malai
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Grind to Paste with water
- 1 green chili
- 1" piece ginger
- 1 tablespoon chopped coriander
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 4 peppercorns
