Preparation Method :
- Fry the onions in a saute pan, until soft golden brown. Lower the heat and gradually add all the spices.
- Add tomatoes, green chillies and half the fresh coriander, then add the cubed cheese and stir-fry for about 3 minutes. Serve garnished with the remaining fresh coriander.
INGREDIENTS
- 50 ml IDHAYAM MANTRA peanut oil
- 1 large onion, peeled and chopped
- 2 firm tomatoes, cut into quarters
- 2 green chillies, chopped and deseeded if desired
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
- 1 teaspoon diced and crushed ginger root
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2.5cm cubes of paneer
