KARAHI PANEER

Preparation Method :

  • Fry the onions in a saute pan, until soft golden brown. Lower the heat and gradually add all the spices.
  • Add tomatoes, green chillies and half the fresh coriander, then add the cubed cheese and stir-fry for about 3 minutes. Serve garnished with the remaining fresh coriander.

INGREDIENTS

  • 50 ml IDHAYAM MANTRA peanut oil 
  • 1 large onion, peeled and chopped 
  • 2 firm tomatoes, cut into quarters 
  • 2 green chillies, chopped and deseeded if desired 
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander 
  • 1 teaspoon diced and crushed ginger root 
  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder 
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2.5cm cubes of paneer
