Preparation Method :
- Heat oil. Add the masala seeds together to the hot oil. Let them crackle for 1 minute.
- Add onions and chopped green chilies. Cook till onions turn golden brown.
- Add turmeric and garlic-ginger paste, sauté for 30 seconds. Then add in paneer cubes.
- Gradually add in the curd and keep stirring. Add in amchur and salt, cook till the curd dries up a little.
- While serving, add the paneer cubes and slit green chilies. Adjust seasoning, stir for about 2 minutes on low flame. Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams paneer - cut into small cubes
- 2 tablespoons Ginger-garlic paste
- 100 grams curd - beat well till smooth
- 50 ml Cooking oil
- 75 grams onions - chopped finely
- 4 green chilies - chopped
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 teaspoon amchur
- 3 green chilies - cut lengthwise into 4 pieces
- Salt to taste
Achaari Masala
- 2 teaspoons aniseeds
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- A pinch of fenugreek seeds
- ½ teaspoon onion seeds
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
