Preparation Method :
- 20-25 large lychees, peeled and deseeded, keeping the lychees whole
- 24 almonds - blanched (soaked in hot water and skin removed)
- 10 sheets of varq (silver sheets)
- 150 ml / 6 o z / ½ tin of condensed milk (milk maid)
- 100 ml / 4 oz / ½ cup of milk
- 250 grams / 9 oz / 3 cups paneer - grated
- 2 grams / ¼ teaspoon kesar (saffron) - soaked in 1 tablespoon rose water
- 300 grams / 12 oz / 3 cups cream - chilled nicely and whipped till it turns thick
- A few rose petals
- A few green pistas - sliced
