SWEET AND SOUR VEGETABLES WITH PANEER

Preparation Method :
- Thread the pepper squares, cherry tomatoes, cauliflower florets, pineapple chunks and paneer cubes on to skewers.
- Place the skewers on a flameproof dish or in a grill (broiler) pan.
- Brush the vegetables with the seasoned oil. If seasoned oil too thick, add 1 tablespoon of water.
- Grill until the vegetables begin to darken slightly, turning the skewers regularly to cook evenly. Serve on a bed of plain boiled rice.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 green pepper, seeded and cut into squares
- 1 yellow pepper, seeded and cut into squares
- 9 cherry tomatoes
- 9 cauliflower florets
- 9 pineapple chunks
- 9 cubes paneer
- Plain, boiled rice, to serve
For the seasoned oil
- 20 ml IDHAYAM sesame oil
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to Taste
- 1 teaspoon crushed black peppercorns
- 1 tablespoon clear honey
- 2 tablespoon chilli sauce
