Preparation Method :
- Heat 1 tablespoon butter, when melted add in the mushrooms,tomatoes, salt and freshly crushed pepper. Stir for 5 minutes on medium heat till golden. Remove from pan and keep aside.
- In a clean pan, heat 3 tablespoons butter. Add onion, garlic, ginger and green chilies. Cook till onions turn transparent.
- Then add in maida and cook for about 30 seconds.
- Reduce flame, add milk and water mixture, stirring continuously for about 2 minutes till slightly thick.
- Add cubes of paneer, mushrooms and fresh mint or coriander. Stir in the ketch up, mix gently for a few minutes. Remove from fire. Transfer to a serving dish.
- Garnish with cream,red chili flakes and coriander sprigs. Serve hot.

- 175 grams paneer - cut into tiny cubes
- 100 grams mushrooms - cut into halves
- 4 tablespoon butter
- ½" ginger piece - chopped finely
- 1 teaspoon garlic - crushed
- 2 onions - chopped finely
- 1 green chili - chopped
- 1 tablespoon plain flour( maida)
- 100 ml milk mixed with ¼ cup water
- 2 small tomatoes - chopped finely
- Freshly crushed pepper and salt, to taste
- ½ teaspoon red chili flakes
- 4 tablespoons chopped fresh mint or coriander
- 100 grams cream
