Preparation Method :
- Stuffing : Crush the paneer.
- In a bowl, add paneer, oil, cashew paste, mint chutney, chopped pieces of dry fruits and salt and pepper to taste.
- Make small balls out of it. Mix corn flour in water.
- Dip the balls in the flour.
- Heat a kadai, add sesame oil, deep fry the balls. Drain it on a kitchen towels.
- Gravy: Add sesame oil in a pan, add curry leaves, cumin seeds.
- Add ginger garlic paste, onion paste, tomato puree, green chillies paste and cook for 4 minutes.
- Add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, black pepper and saute well.
- Add cream along with crushed paneer, dry fruits in the gravy. Cook for 2 minutes.
- In a serving plate, add the fried balls, pout the gravy on top of it.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and dry fruits.

- 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
- ½ teaspoon Green chillies paste
- Dry fruits (raisins, chopped cashews) for garnishing
- Few Coriander leaves
- 2 teaspoon Crushed paneer
- 3 teaspoon Cream
- 3 teaspoon Tomato puree
- Salt to taste
- A pinch Black pepper
- ½ teaspoon Red chili powder
- ½ teaspoon Coriander powder
- A pinch Garam masala
- Sesame oil for frying
