Preparation Method :
- Cut the tomatoes and peppers into thick slices. Separate the sliced onions into rings.
- Heat the oil in a kadai. Add the cumin seeds. When they change colour add the red chillies, ginger strips, green chillies and onions. Saute for 30 seconds.
- Stir in the chilli powder and turmeric, then add the peppers. Cook for 5 minutes. Add the paneer and toss. Add the salt and vinegar and cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the tomato pieces and garam masala. Garnish with the coriander leaves.

- 4 medium-sized tomatoes, halved and seeded
- 4 medium-sized green peppers, halved and seeded
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 4 dried red chillies, halved
- 5cm piece root ginger, cut into thin strips
- 4 green chillies, chopped
- 4 medium-sized onions, thickly sliced
- 2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 500 grams paneer, cut into 5cm fingers
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 50 grams fresh coriander leaves, chopped
