PANEER DILROOBA

Preparation Time :

Cooking Time :

Preparation Method :

  • Cut Red and Green capsicum to cubes.
  • Heat the oil and add chopped Ginger and Garlic pieces.
  • Add fried onion paste and allow it to fry till light brown.
  • Add Ginger-Garlic paste and fry for a minute.
  • Add Tomato Puree, Sugar and fry for 2 minutes.
  • Add Red and Green Capsicum to it.
  • Add Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Jeera powder, Garam Masala powder, Red Chilli Powder, Salt and fry for 2 minutes.
  • Add Green Chillies, Cashew nut and Poppy seeds paste and fry for a minute.
  • Add water and allow it to boil for 5 minutes.
  • Add Fried Paneer and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add Fresh Cream and garnish with Chopped coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot with Roti / Naan.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams Fried Paneer
  • 2 medium-sized Fried Onion Paste
  • 200 ml Tomato Puree
  • 50 grams Green Capsicum
  • 50 grams Red Capsicum
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 2 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 4 teaspoon soaked Cashew Nut
  • 2 teaspoon Poppy Seeds Paste
  • 100 ml Fresh Cream
  • 100 ml IDHAYAM sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Jeera Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
  • 2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Sugar
  • Finely chopped Coriander leaves
  • 2 teaspoon Finely chopped Ginger and Garlic
  • Salt to taste
