Preparation Method :
- Drain the cashews and grind well along with all the ingredients of the yogurt- tomato paste .
- Heat oil, reduce heat. Add bay leaf and garlic sauté till garlic turn light brown.
- Add onion and stir fry till golden.
- Add the yogurt-tomato paste and stir fry for 10 minutes on medium flame till dry and oil separates.
- Add about 1 cup of water, allow to boil, add in tandoori masala.
- Add babycorns, cover and simmer curry for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Add fried paneer to the gravy. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with capsicum rings cut into halves and few whole coriander leaves.

- 100 grams baby corns - slit into 2 pieces lengthways
- 50 ml IDHAYAM sesame oil
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 flakes garlic - crushed
- 1 large onion - ground to a paste
- ¾ teaspoon tandoori masala
- a few capsicum rings or coriander leaves for garnishing

- 100 grams yogurt
- 1 big tomato
- 2 green chilies
- 1 tablespoon cashewnuts - soaked in warm water for 15 minutes
- A pinch turmeric
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon red chili powder
- ½ teaspoon garam masala
