Preparation Method :
- Cut paneer into cubes.
- Clean the palak well.
- Pour ½ cup of water in a cooker, add the palak and 1 tomato and steam for a whistle.
- Cut onions finely.
- Slit green chillies
- Cut the rest of the tomatoes finely.
- Powder the ellachi.
- Heat a heavy bottomed kadai with butter.
- Add cinnamon, green chillies, onion and fry till golden brown.
- Add the ginger garlic paste and add the tomatoes and fry well.
- Now add the palak mixture to it.
- Add salt, tomato ketchup, chilli powder and allow it to boil. Then add ellachi powder to it.
- Boil for 2 minutes.
- Remove from the fire and serve hot.

- 2 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoon IDHAYAM sesame oil
- 2 bunch palak
- 200 grams paneer
- 3 tomatoes
- 2 inch cinnamon
- 2 ellachi
- 1 onion
- 2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1 green chilli
- 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup

when to add paneer?
Hi Nachu , they have missed that step .. I add it before last two steps.. First paneer and then salt , tomato ketchup , chilli powder.....
