Preparation Method :
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the paneer. Keep it aside.
- Then, Heat oil in another pan and put the cumin, dhaniya, cinnamon, Cardamom, clove and fry till the cumin crackles.
- Add the ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder and red chilli powder and fry till it turns golden brown.
- Add the fried paneer and the sliced capsicums and fry for few minutes.
- Finally add the cashew paste and cream and cook for a little longer.
INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams Paneer, cut into cubes
- 4 tablespoon IDHAYAM sesame Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Dhaniya
- 2 sticks Cinnamon
- 2 Cloves
- 2 Cardamoms
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- 1 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
- ½ Green, red, yellow Capsicum each, cut them into slices
- 1 teaspoon Cashew Paste
- 100 ml Cream
- Salt to taste
