Preparation Method :
- Grind onions, ginger and garlic together to a paste.
- Grind tomatoes to a puree.
- Cook onion paste in oil, till golden and add in red chili powder. Cook for 30 seconds.
- Add milk gradually. Cook for 3 minutes, then add in kaju powder and tomatoes. Cook for 15 minutes on low flame till oil separates.
- Add cumin powder, garam masala, salt and sugar with water and cook for another 10 minutes. Finally add kasoori methi. Keep aside.
- Heat butter in a clean pan with green chilies, capsicum and onions. Saute for at least 2 minutes.
- Add to the prepared gravy with paneer and stir in food colour allow to boil for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with naan.

- 250 grams paneer - cut into small cubes
- 4 tablespoon onions - chopped
- 1" piece ginger - chopped
- 6 flakes garlic
- 100 ml milk
- 250 grams tomatoes
- 5 tablespoons IDHAYAM sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cashewnuts - powdered
- 2 teaspoons dry fenugreek leaves
- ¾ teaspoon roasted cumin seeds powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- ½ teaspoon garam masala
- ¼ teaspoon sugar
- 1 green chili - slit lengthwise
- 1 big capsicum - halved and cut into rings
- 2 onions - cut into thin rings
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Small pinch of orange colour
- Salt to taste
