BAKED PANEER BALCHAO

Preparation Method :
- Dice the paneer into small cubes.
- Chop the onions into thin slice.
- Fry the onions in a pan till it turns golden brown.
- Grind all the whole spices, red chillies, fried onions, ginger, garlic and Green chillies in vinegar.
- Add Salt as required.
- Take a Bowl add Paneer and the Grinded Masala and mix well till the paneer is completely covered.
- Take a Baking dish, grease it with oil, pour the paneer and the masala into it.
- Bake it in a Pre-Set Oven at 180 Degrees C for just about 10-15 minutes maximum as the Paneer tends to cook faster.
- Serve Hot with Soft Bread or Steamed Rice.
INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams Paneer (Diced)
- 100 ml Vinegar
- 10 Red Chillies
- 4 Onions (chopped and fried into golden brown)
- 6 Garlic Flakes
- 1 inch Ginger
- ½ teaspoon Cumin
- 5-6 Peppercorns
- 4 Green Chillies, slit
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric
- 2 tablespoon IDHAYAM sesame oil
- Salt to taste
