SPICY TANGY PRAWNS

Preparation Method :
- Clean the prawns and wash it with salt and water.
- Add salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste to the prawns, mix well and keep it aside.
- Cut the onions, tomato, green chilli and ginger into slices.
- Heat a frying pan, add Idhayam sesame oil, fry the onions till turns golden brown, and then add the tomato, green chillies and ginger.
- Add the mixed Prawns and Cook till done.

- ½ kg prawns
- 2 big sized Onions
- 1 tomato
- A small piece ginger
- 2 green chillies
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 2 teaspoons chilli powder
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
- Salt as per taste
- 2 tablespoons IDHAYAM sesame oil
