Preparation Method :
- Shell the prawns except for the very tail ends. Place the prawns in a bowl with the remaining ingredients, except for the garnish, and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat the wok and add the prawns and their marinade. Stir-fry briefly to heat the prawns.
- Chop the onions roughly or cut into neat rounds. Sprinkle over the prawns to serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg cooked prawns in their shells
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 inch piece fresh ginger, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 5 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoon rice wine or dry sherry
- 1 tablespoons light soy sauce
- Chopped spring onions to garnish
