PRAWN ROAST

Serves :

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Mix the Prawns, Kashmiri chilli powder, Turmeric powder, Ginger, Green chilli, oil, Curry leaves, Salt and mix well.
  • Add little water to it. Cook on low flame till prawns are cooked well and water is evaporated.
  • Saute onion and pearl onion in a kadai till golden brown.
  • Add crushed garlic and saute for 3 minutes.
  • Add all the chilli powder, Pepper powder, Garam Masala Powder one by one and saute well.
  • Add cooked prawns and cashew nuts to it and mix well. Adjust the salt. Cook on low flame till the flavour blends well.
  • Turn off the flame.
  • Drizzle little oil and add a sprig of curry leaves to it.
  • Cover the kadai to lock the flavour.

INGREDIENTS

  • 300 grams Prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 1¾ teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1" piece Ginger, finely chopped
  • 2 Green chilly chopped
  • 1 sprig Curry leaves
  • Salt As per taste
  • 2 Onions, sliced long and thin
  • 10 Pearl onion, sliced
  • 5 Garlic cloves, crushes
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper powder
  • ½ teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
  • 50 grams Roasted Cashew nuts
  • 4 tablespoon IDHAYAM Sesame Oil
