PRAWN AND MANGETOUT STIR-FRY

Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a karahi, wok or heavy pan and fry the onions until golden brown.
- Mix the tomato puree with 2 tablespoon water in a bowl ,Stir in the Tabasco sauce, lemon juice, ginger and garlic, chili powder and salt.
- Lower the heat, pour the sauce over the onions and stir-fry for a few seconds.
- Add the coriander, prawns and mange touts to the pan and stir-fry for 5 minutes or until the sauce is thick. Serve immediately.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 2 medium onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon tomato puree
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh root ginger
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
- 200 grams frozen cooked peeled prawns, thawed
- 10 -12 mangetouts, halved
