PRAWN AND MANGETOUT STIR-FRY

Preparation Method :

  • Heat the oil in a karahi, wok or heavy pan and fry the onions until golden brown.
  • Mix the tomato puree with 2 tablespoon water in a bowl ,Stir in the Tabasco sauce, lemon juice, ginger and garlic, chili powder and salt.
  • Lower the heat, pour the sauce over the onions and stir-fry for a few seconds.
  • Add the coriander, prawns and mange touts to the pan and stir-fry for 5 minutes or until the sauce is thick. Serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 2 medium onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon tomato puree
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh root ginger
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
  • 200 grams frozen cooked peeled prawns, thawed
  • 10 -12 mangetouts, halved
