KING PRAWNS WITH ONIONS AND CURRY LEAVES

Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a wok or heavy pan and fry the onions with the curry leaves and onion seeds for about 5 minutes.
- Add the diced green and red chillies, followed by the prawns. Cook for about 5 minutes , then add the ginger and salt.
- Add the fenugreek leaves, cover and cook for a further 2 minutes before serving.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 medium onions, sliced thinly
- 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 5-7 curry leaves
- ½ teaspoon onion seeds
- 1 fresh green chilli, seeded and diced
- 1 fresh red chilli, seeded and diced
- 14 frozen cooked king prawns (jumbo shrimp), thawed and peeled
- 1 teaspoon shredded fresh root ginger
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh fenugreek leaves
