JHINGAY KA DOPIAZA

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Heat the oil in a saucepan until it is very hot, then add the onions and fry them until they are golden brown.
  • Reduce the heat and gradually add all the spices, stir-fry for about 2 minutes and add the red and green pepper.
  • Add in the fresh coriander and lemon juice to taste. Then add the king prawns and stir-fry gently.
  • Lower the heat, cover and cook for about 5-7 minutes, check and stir occasionally. Serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 3 medium onions, peeled and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger root, diced and crushed 
  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder 
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ red pepper, sliced 
  • ½ green pepper, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
  • lemon juice to taste 
  • 10 king prawns shelled

    Cooking recipes was available at this it used to have some facts on this that will able to take part in this. I used to get some facts that were at EduBirdie they will have to share some more along with the articles that were review by them.
