GLAZED GARLIC PRAWNS

Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a medium heavy pan. Add the garlic and cook gently for 2-3 minutes.
- Peel the Prawns, Lower the heat and add the chopped tomatoes to the pan.
- Then add the crushed red chilies, lemon juice, salt, mango chutney and fresh green chili, stir gently to mix and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the peeled prawns, increase the heat and stir fry until heated through.
- Transfer the prawns to a serving dish. Garnished with fresh coriander sprigs and whole prawns in the shell, to each portion.

- 20 ml IDHAYAM sesame oil
- 4 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
- 24 cooked king prawns
- 4 tomatoes, chopped
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon crushed red chilies
- 1 tablespoon mango chutney
- 1 fresh green chili, chopped
- Fresh coriander sprigs, to garnish
