Preparation Method :
- Heat oil in a pan and add cardamom, wait for a few seconds.
- Add ginger, garlic pastes with onion and stir for 1 minute or until onions turn light brown.
- Add mutton with salt and red chilli and cook for about 10 minutes till the mutton turns golden brown and all the water evaporates. Stir in the curd and cook for about 2 minutes.
- Add the spinach and stir for 2 minutes. Cover and Cook for about 15 minutes, Reduce heat and keep on low heat for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Open the lid and cook again till all the moisture evaporates and the mixture coats the mutton well.
- Add garam masala and serve hot garnished with cream and ginger match sticks.
INGREDIENTS
- 750 grams lamb meat
- 1 kg spinach - shredded finely, washed and chopped
- 75 ml Cooking oil
- 4 green cardamoms - powdered
- 2 onions - chopped finely
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- ½ teaspoon garam masala
- 2 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 75 ml yogurt
- Salt to taste
