Preparation Method :
- Chop the Onions, Green Chilies, Clean the Coriander leaves, curry leaves.
- Heat the oil in a pressure cooker, add aniseed, cinnamon and cloves.
- Then Fry the chopped Onions and green chili along with ginger, garlic paste, curry leaves and Coriander leaves.
- Add the salt, turmeric powder and the minced meat with a cup of water. Close the lid and cook it for 10 minutes.
- Grind the Coconut gratings, Puffed Bengal gram dhal.
- Add this to the cooked meat and blend well.
- Beat the egg and add it to the mashed meat. Make small round balls.
- Deep fry them in hot oil.

- 6 Green Chilies
- 2 Teaspoon Ginger and Garlic paste
- One 1″ piece Cinnamon
- 4 Cloves
- 1 Teaspoon Aniseed
- 2 Sprigs Curry leaves
- 1 Small Bunch Coriander leaves
- 25 grams Puffed Bengal Gram Dhal
- 25 grams Coconut Gratings
- 1 Egg
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 500 ml IDHAYAM sesame oil
