Preparation Method :
- Heat a heavy bottomed kadai with 2 tablespoon of peanut/sesame oil.
- Put in the minced meat and fry it for about 10 minutes on a low flame.
- Remove from flame and transfer the same to the pressure cooker.
- Put in turmeric powder, chilli powder and mix well.
- Heat the pressure cooker. Add necessary water to cook the meat.
- Close the lid of the pressure cooker and keep the weight.
- After 1 Whistle, simmer the flame and wait for 10 minutes.
- Remove from flame and keep aside.
- Cut the onion, tomato, green chillies and garlic to very small pieces.
- Heat the kadai again with the remaining oil. Put in the onions, tomato, green chilli, and garlic and curry leaves. Fry for 5 minutes.
- Transfer the minced meat to the pan. Put in jeera powder & salt. Mix well. Keep it on a low flame.
- When the colour changes to a brown colour and oil separates, sprinkle coriander leaves.
- Remove from flame. Serve it.

- 500 grams Minced mutton
- 3 green chillies
- 10 pods garlic
- 2 large onions
- Few curry leaves
- Few fresh coriander leaves
- 2 teaspoon Jeera powder
- 2 teaspoon Chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 8 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 1 tomato
