MINCED LAMB WITH CURRY LEAVES AND CHILLI

Preparation Method :
- Mix with the garlic, ginger and spices with lamb in a mixing bowl.
- Heat the oil in a heavy pan and fry the onions with the curry leaves and green chillies.
- Add the lamb and salt to the onions and stir-fry for at least 5 minutes.
- Add the tomatoes, coriander and chillies and stir-fry for another 2 minutes. Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 9 curry leaves
- 6 fresh green chillies
- 400 grams lean minced (ground) lamb
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh root ginger
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
- Salt to taste
- 2 tomatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)
