Preparation Method :
- Wash and strain the mince. Squeeze out all the water by pressing the mince well. The mince should be absolutely dry.
- Add all the steak ingredients, to the drained mince. Knead the mince well to mix all the ingredients. Keep aside for about 20 - 30 minutes as the salt and ginger act as tenderizers.
- Make 10 - 12 flat round tikkis of mince. Refrigerate for ½ hour. Heat a non stick griddle with 2 tablespoon oil.
- Fry steaks on high heat to brown both sides. Reduce flame and fry on low flame till well cooked:
- To prepare garlic sauce: Reheat 1 teaspoon oil, add garlic paste and stir fry on low flame till it changes colour. Stir in all the sauces with measured water, salt and pepper.
- Add corn flour paste, stirring continuously. Cook till sauce thickens. Keep it aside.
- Arrange the steaks in a serving plate. Pour some hot garlic sauce over them and serve with some boiled vegetables.

- 500 grams lambs mince
- 2 medium onions - chopped finely
- 2" piece ginger - chopped
- 75 grams green coriander chopped
- 2 green chillies - chopped
- 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 1 egg white
- 2 tablespoon maida
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 slice fresh bread - dipped in water, squeezed and crumbled
Garlic Sauce
- 9 garlic flakes - chopped and crushed
- 1 tablespoon Worcester sauce
- 1 teaspoon 8-8 sauce
- 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon cornflour mixed with 50 ml water
